How can I buy eGift Cards?

eGift Cards can be purchased and redeemed online. eGift Cards are sent via email. eGiftCards can be purchased and redeemed in Euros currency (EUR) only.

Can I load any amount to an eGift Card?

eGift Cards can be purchased in the following denominations: €10, €20, €25, €50, €75, €100, €150, €200, €250, €500.

Will my eGift Card ever expire or lose value?

Yes, Gift Cards issued in Euros will expire 60 months after purchase.

How many eGift Cards can I redeem per order?

You can only redeem up to 10 eGift cards per order.

What can I do if I have an issue with receiving or redeeming my eGift Card?

Can I replace a lost or stolen eGift Card?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards and cannot replace them.

How can I check my eGift Card balance?

You can look up your eGift Card balance by visiting the Gift Card landing page. Click the Gift Card tab at the bottom, then type your eGift Card number and pin within the "Check Your Gift Card Balance" section.

Can I redeem my eGift Cards for cash?

Our eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

I have multiple eGift Cards; Can I combine them?

We cannot combine them, but you can redeem up to 10 eGift Cards per order.

How can I redeem my eGift Cards?

eGiftCards can be purchased and redeemed in Euros currency (EUR) only. Redeeming eGift Card is simple:

  • Shop online and select the items you wish to purchase.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart".
  • Proceed through the checkout process.
  • Click the field labelled "Gift Card/eGift Card" on the payment page at the final step of checkout.
  • Enter your eGift Card number, select "Apply", then enter your unique PIN (codes are case sensitive). Note: Some eGift Cards may not include a PIN and will not be required to enter one at checkout.
  • Click "Apply" and then you will see your eGift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total.
